A two-case review is not really useful as a source. Probably just remove it.

Agreed. To further stress your point on the topic, see below.Salubrious Toxin (talk) 19:21, 8 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

HACEK causing endocarditis in children

[edit]

I think the literature on this is inadequate to suggest it is either rare or common. PMID: 12799515 (previously cited in the intro) says HACEK is the most common cause of gram-negative endocarditis in kids and cites PMID: 11980694. However, 11980694 does not cite a source to back-up this claim.Salubrious Toxin (talk) 19:19, 8 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Naming reclassification

[edit]

I cited a review written by the same guy who reclassified some Haemophilus and Aggregebacter species, because uptodate also used the new classifications.Salubrious Toxin (talk) 19:20, 8 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

HACEK endocarditisHACEK organisms – Page covers more than endocarditis and relates more to the organisms. The page Infective endocarditis covers this type of endocarditis Iztwoz (talk) 07:05, 26 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
